About the Role
A VIP private household in Hittin, Riyadh is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly capable Private Chef to prepare fresh, health-conscious daily meals for a couple and support occasional private entertaining. This hands-on role requires excellent culinary technique, organisation, discretion, and hospitality while working professionally alongside the House Manager and wider household team.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary & Event Support:
Prepare fresh, healthy daily meals and create seasonal menus tailored to dietary preferences, health goals, and schedules.
Prepare Mediterranean, Arabic, international, and farm-to-table cuisine, including specific dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, low-salt, fitness-focused).
Cater occasional formal lunches, dinners, and receptions for 20 to 25 guests while managing additional service helpers.
Maintain high standards of food presentation, tablescaping, and formal service.
Kitchen Management & Inventory:
Source high-quality ingredients from local markets, butchers, and specialist suppliers while managing budget and purchases.
Take full responsibility for kitchen organization, food hygiene, ingredient rotation, storage safety, and stock management.
Use computers and spreadsheets for menu planning, digital record keeping, stock inventory, and basic kitchen bookkeeping.
Ideal Candidate
Male candidates currently based in a GCC country with a valid driving licence.
Previous experience in VIP/private households, luxury hospitality, or high-end dining.
Formal food hygiene qualification/certification and strong technical cooking/plating skills.
Proficient with digital inventory tools, highly organized, polished, discreet, and composed under pressure.
