About the Role
A private family based in Harmony 2, Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai is seeking a highly experienced, warm, and proactive Educational Nanny to support their two young sons (aged 1 and 3 years old).
The ideal candidate will care mainly for one child while the mother spends time with the other, actively supporting early childhood learning, developmental milestones, structured play, and daily routines.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Early Years Development:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for two boys (aged 1 and 3) while supporting early childhood development milestones.
Plan engaging educational activities, learning through play, books, games, creative tasks, and outdoor play.
Support the eldest child after returning from nursery at 3:00 PM to help develop language, social, and emotional skills.
Maintain consistent routines, positive behavior, and a safe, stimulating environment.
Family & Light Household Support:
Work closely alongside hands-on parents and follow the family’s parenting approach.
Assist with light household duties related to the children, keeping toys, belongings, and child areas organized.
Ideal Candidate
Female candidate only, already located in the UAE.
Strong professional experience with babies and toddlers (ages 1–3) in private households.
Formal qualification in Early Childhood Development/Early Years or extensive practical private family experience.
Warm, patient, energetic, proactive, and discreet with excellent communication skills.
Open to all nationalities (interest in South African, European, and Asian candidates) looking for a 12–16 month minimum commitment.
