About the Role
A private Qatari family based in Doha is seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager & Private Tutor to oversee household operations and support the academic development of their two young children (aged 4 and 6 years old). This dual role requires both household management expertise and the ability to support young children with education, homework, routines, and daily learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
House Manager Duties:
Act as the main point of contact for all household matters, scheduling, supervising, and coordinating domestic staff (including 9 existing staff members).
Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently to the family’s standards while maintaining strict discretion.
Provide regular updates, address household issues quickly, and support daily organization and routines.
Private Tutor Duties:
Assist the children with daily homework, school projects, test preparation, reading, and academic concepts.
Stay updated with the school curriculum and encourage good study habits, confidence, discipline, and routines in a patient manner.
Ideal Candidate
Female candidates only (Filipino candidates preferred).
Proven experience in house management and/or private tutoring in private households.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with fluency in English.
Discreet, trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working with children aged 4 and 6.
