The Requirement
The family required an experienced Private Chef who could take responsibility for its daily culinary needs.
The selected chef would be responsible for:
Preparing two fresh, healthy and balanced meals each day
Preparing nutritious school lunch boxes for three children
Creating varied, family-friendly menus
Adapting meals to suit both adults and children
Using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Managing grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing when required
Maintaining excellent kitchen organisation and food-hygiene standards
Working independently around the family’s flexible schedule
The successful candidate also needed previous experience working as a chef inside a private household.
As this was a live-out, temporary appointment, the chef needed to be based in the UAE, hold a valid UAE residence visa and be available for the full one-month placement.
The Challenge
