About the Role
Docean Household Staffing is expanding our search team.
We recruit private household professionals across the GCC and Europe and are seeking an experienced recruiter to support ongoing mandates.
What you’ll do:
1-Take clear briefs and advise on market fit.
2-Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as housekeeper, nanny, chef, driver, PA, and butler.
3-Coordinate interviews, trials, and references with speed and discretion.
4-Keep accurate updates and protect confidentiality throughout.
Requirements
• 1+ year recruiting (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals.
• Organized, fast communicator, detail-driven.
• Household/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Able to work remotely with flexible hours.
• We do not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must hold valid status.
