Docean Household Staffing is growing and seeking a reliable Freelance Household Recruiter to join their search team. The agency places high-level private household staff across the GCC and requires a recruiter who can move quickly, stay organized, and source exceptional talent across various household roles.
Key Responsibilities
ake clear job briefs and advise on market fit for private household roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple categories (housekeepers, nannies, chefs, drivers, PAs, and butlers).
Coordinate interviews, trials, and reference checks with professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality.
Maintain clean, accurate updates across recruitment pipelines.
Ideal Candidate
1+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house); private household or hospitality experience is a plus.
Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referral networks.
Organized, detail-focused, and possess strong communication skills.
Must already hold valid work status (no visa sponsorship provided).
