About the Role
A VVIP family in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai is seeking a warm, patient, confident, and experienced Live-In Nanny to provide daily care and developmental support for their 5-year-old daughter.
The candidate must have hands-on experience working with children who are non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, helping guide learning routines and non-verbal communication development in a calm, safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full-time care, supervision, emotional support, and assist with meals, hygiene routines, and bedtime.
Support non-verbal communication using visuals, gestures, AAC, or similar augmentative communication systems.
Teach through structured daily routines, repetition, and interactive, sensory-friendly play.
Plan indoor and outdoor learning activities tailored to sensory needs, and travel with the family when requested.
Ideal Candidate
Mandatory prior experience with non-verbal and autistic children (private/VVIP household experience preferred).
Fluent in English, calm, patient, loving, observant, emotionally regulated, discreet, and professional.
Confident teaching and guiding early childhood learning progress.
