About the Role
A private villa in Al Barari, Dubai (5,000 sq. ft., 3 floors, 5 bedrooms) is seeking a highly reliable, organized, and experienced Live-Out Private Housekeeper / Villa Assistant. The housekeeper will be solely responsible for the daily upkeep and smooth running of the home for one principal, with no other staff on-site (deep cleaning of exterior areas is handled by a professional company every 2–3 months).
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Execute full cleaning and upkeep of all indoor and safely accessible outdoor areas (patio, terraces, ground-floor windows) following a weekly schedule.
Manage laundry, ironing, bed-making to hotel-level standards, and organization of wardrobes, closets, and storage areas.
Keep kitchen, cupboards, and appliances clean, organized, and hygienic.
Kitchen & Household Support:
Assist in the kitchen with simple tasks (coffee, juices, preparing fruits/vegetables, cooking simple provided recipes).
Manage household deliveries, grocery shopping, running occasional errands, monitoring supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a private housekeeper in villas or private households (Filipino preferred).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, discreet, and physically fit to manage a large home independently.
Comfortable being the sole staff member in the household with strong cleaning and basic culinary skills.
Benefits
Monthly salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 (depending on experience).
Visa sponsorship, medical insurance, and one annual return flight to the Philippines provided.
Long-term renewable contract (1–2 years) following a paid trial day.
