About the Role
D-Ocean Household Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a VIP household in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking a Male Cook for a long-term, live-in position.
This role is ideal for a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn within a private household environment.
Sous Chef profiles with relevant experience may also be considered.
The Cook will be responsible for preparing daily meals for the family while maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food quality.
Position Overview
The Cook will handle daily meal preparation and kitchen operations for the household.
The role requires flexibility, attention to dietary needs, and the ability to prepare meals for both everyday family use and occasional small gatherings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
-Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie willing to learn and grow
-Sous Chef profiles may be considered based on experience
-Experience in private households is an advantage but not essential
-Professional, flexible, and respectful attitude
-Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
Working Hours
-8–10 hours per day
-Working days to be discussed

Requirements
Prepare three meals per day for a household of four family members
Occasionally prepare meals for private events of approximately 10–15 guests
Follow specific dietary requirements (dairy-free and gluten-free)
Cook predominantly Middle Eastern cuisine
Knowledge of Italian and French cuisine is an advantage
Assist with menu planning and food preparation
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
Ensure correct food storage and kitchen safety standards
