Position Overview
A private household based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly professional Executive Personal & Bridal Assistant to provide dedicated lifestyle, administrative, and bridal management support.
The ideal candidate will be mature, highly organised, discreet, and confident managing complex personal schedules, wedding preparation timelines, travel logistics, vendor communication, and high-level administration.
This role requires a serious, hard-working individual who can act as the main point of contact between the principal, external wedding planners, luxury vendors, clinics, beauty professionals, and international service providers.
The candidate must be native or fluent in Arabic and professionally fluent in English.
This is a full-time role based in Riyadh and will require international travel, mainly to Paris, London, and Milan when needed.

Requirements

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage the principal’s daily personal and professional calendar
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, reminders, and personal schedules
• Handle correspondence in Arabic and English with professionalism
• Vet calls, messages, requests, and visitors with discretion
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all family, personal, medical, and business matters
• Support the principal with day-to-day lifestyle administration
• Ensure schedules are organised, clash-free, and proactively managed

Bridal & Wedding Coordination Duties:

• Serve as the main internal point of contact with the external wedding planning company
• Follow up on wedding timelines, action points, vendor updates, and key deliverables
• Filter requests from planners and vendors to protect the principal’s time
• Coordinate bridal fittings, gown consultations, luxury fashion house communication, and delivery tracking
• Manage appointments for beauty, wellness, clinics, dermatology, skincare, and personal preparation
• Coordinate makeup artists, hairstylists, stylists, photographers, videographers, and creative teams
• Track wedding budgets, RSVPs, vendor payment schedules, and related planning documents
• Ensure every bridal-related detail is followed up with precision and discretion

Travel & Logistics Duties:

• Coordinate international travel itineraries for the principal
• Arrange travel mainly to Paris, London, and Milan
• Book private or commercial flights, luxury accommodation, and ground transfers
• Accompany the principal on international trips when required
• Manage visas, passport renewals, travel insurance, and travel documentation
• Track expenses and support multi-currency travel administration

Administration Duties:

• Build and maintain detailed Microsoft Excel trackers
• Manage wedding budgets, payment schedules, cash flow trackers, RSVPs, and vendor lists
• Prepare reports, summaries, schedules, and planning documents when required
• Ensure all information is accurate, updated, and easy to access
• Maintain a high standard of organisation across all personal and wedding-related files

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Female candidate preferred
• Native or completely fluent Arabic speaker
• Professional English fluency required
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or High-End Personal Coordinator
• Previous experience supporting private households, VIP principals, or high-profile individuals preferred
• Strong experience managing complex schedules and multiple vendors
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Mature, calm, and emotionally intelligent
• Able to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
• Comfortable with international travel, mainly to Paris, London, and Milan
• Comfortable working in a live-in private household role
• Available to start on 1 July
