A private household is seeking an experienced and trustworthy Housekeeper/Cook to manage a three-bedroom, 3,500 sq. ft. villa.
The household consists of one adult, with a child staying occasionally. As the client travels frequently, the successful candidate must be capable of independently maintaining the property and ensuring everything is clean, organised, secure and properly cared for during their absence.
Requirements
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the villa
• Manage laundry, ironing, steaming and wardrobe organisation
• Care correctly for delicate fabrics and high-quality garments
• Keep household cupboards, supplies and storage areas organised
• Monitor the property and report any maintenance issues
• Coordinate access for approved contractors when instructed
• Prepare healthy, simple everyday meals
• Follow recipes and learn the client’s preferred dishes
• Manage grocery lists and organise the kitchen and pantry
• Prepare coffee, refreshments and light snacks for business guests
• Prepare the residence before visitors arrive
• Respect the client’s privacy and handle personal belongings carefully
𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
• Strong experience working in HNW or UHNW private households
• Professionally trained in luxury housekeeping
• Excellent laundry and wardrobe-care skills
• Confident preparing healthy, home-cooked meals
• Willing to learn new recipes and cooking methods
• Proactive and able to work without constant supervision
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Trustworthy, discreet and dependable
• Comfortable working in a home where a child occasionally stays
• Professional and confident when assisting guests
• Good communication skills
• Verifiable references from previous employers
• Available to work six days per week
• Interested in a stable position with a private household
The ideal candidate will take genuine responsibility for the home and provide the client with complete peace of mind while they are travelling.
