A VVIP household in Dubai is seeking an experienced Female Butler to join the private residence team and support the employer with day-to-day personal service duties. The ideal candidate will come from a private household, hospitality, or luxury service background and demonstrate a strong sense of etiquette, discretion, and attention to detail.
Position Overview
The Female Butler will be responsible for providing high-standard personal service to the principal and guests, coordinating with household staff, and ensuring smooth operational support within the villa. The role requires discipline, organization, and a polished service mindset suitable for VVIP environments.
Salary
• AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (depending on experience)
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Asian nationality (Indonesian, Thai, or Filipina preferred)
• Strong service background within private households or luxury hospitality
• Professional, respectful, discreet, and proactive
• Ability to adapt to household routines and employer expectations
• Candidates currently outside the UAE may also be considered
Working Hours
• 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• 6 days per week
• Breaks included:
– 30 minutes breakfast break (~11:00 AM)
– 45 minutes lunch break (~2:00–3:00 PM)
– 45 minutes dinner break (~9:00 PM)

Requirements
• Provide personal service to the principal and guests (drinks, meals, service)
• Check on the principal every 15 minutes while he is in the family room (coffee, water, drinks)
• Serve beverages during gatherings and small events
• Assist with hosting guests (typically 3 people in the residence)
• Manage household beverage and drink inventory
• Coordinate with the house manager and chef regarding daily menus
• Inform the household team when specialized cleaning is required (windows, carpets, sofas)
• Support smooth household operations in coordination with:
– 1 House Manager
– 3 Maids
• Uphold discretion, etiquette, and VVIP service protocols at all times
