About the Role
Docean Household Staffing is growing, and we arelooking for a reliable recruiter to join our search team.
We place high-level private household staff across the GCC, and we need someone who can move fast, stay organised, and find great people.
Your role:
• Take clear job briefs and advise on market fit.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates (housekeepers, nannies, chefs, drivers, PAs, butlers).
• Coordinate interviews, trials, and references with professionalism and discretion.
• Keep clean, accurate updates and handle everything confidentially.
Requirements
• 1+ year recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
• Good communication, organised, detail-focused.
• Household or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Fully remote with flexible hours.
• Must already have valid work status — no visa sponsorship available.
