House Manager Duties
● Act as the main point of contact for all household matters.
● Maintain high levels of discretion and keep all family information private.
● Schedule, supervise, and coordinate domestic staff, including housekeepers and
nannies.
● Ensure the household runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the family’s standards.
● Maintain clear and proactive communication with the family.
● Provide regular updates on household matters.
● Address any household issues quickly and professionally.
● Support with daily organisation, routines, and household planning.

Private Tutor Duties
● Assist the children with homework, school projects, test preparation, reading, and other
academic tasks.
● Support the children in understanding key academic concepts.
● Help improve the children’s confidence and school performance.
● Stay up to date with the children’s school curriculum.
● Assist with daily homework assignments.
● Support learning in a patient, structured, and professional manner.
● Encourage good study habits, discipline, and routine.

Ideal Candidate Profile
● Female Filipino candidates preferred. Female only.
● Proven experience in a similar role.
● Experience in house management and/or private tutoring is preferred.
● Strong organisational and communication skills.
● Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
● Discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
● Confident working in a private family household.
● Good English communication skills.
● Able to work with children aged 4 and 6.
● Comfortable coordinating with existing household staff.

Working Arrangement
● Full-time role.
● Live-out position.
● Based in Qatar.
● 9 hours per day.
● 6 days per week.
