About the Role
We are looking for a warm, patient, and responsible Nanny to care for a newborn baby.
The nanny will also temporarily assist with a 3-year-old boy when his nanny is on holiday,
and will return to full newborn duties when she comes back.
For the first 6 months, the nanny will work alongside an experienced Maternity Nurse, receiving
hands-on training, guidance, and support to ensure she becomes fully confident in newborn
care and routines.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position: Full-Time, Live-In
Salary: Starting from 4,000 SAR per month, depending on experience
Accommodation: Shared room with shared en-suite bathroom
Meals: Provided by the family’s private chef
Travel: All travel expenses covered
Start Date: April 2026
Requirements
-Newborn Care
● Supporting feeding, burping, diaper changes, and bathing
● Assisting with sleep routines and soothing practices under guidance of the maternity
nurse
● Keeping the baby's clothes, bottles, and linens clean and organized
●Monitoring the newborn’s comfort, hygiene, and general well-being
-Temporary Care for the 3-Year-Old
(When his nanny is on holiday)
● Helping with feeding, bathing, and dressing
● Supervising playtime, activities, and outings
● Supporting toilet routines/potty training
● Ensuring safety and comfort at all times
Once the 3-year-old’s nanny returns, the nanny will continue focusing full-time on the
newborn.

● Caring for the child’s daily needs
● Establishing and maintaining healthy routines
● Supervising play, activities, and nap times
● Preparing the child’s clothing, bags, and essentials
● Keeping child-related areas neat and organized
-Educational & Developmental Support
● Engaging the child in learning through play
● Reading stories, practicing vocabulary, and encouraging creativity
● Planning age-appropriate activities for stimulation and development
● Supporting emotional development, manners, and independence
-Accommodation & Working Conditions
● Comfortable shared accommodation
●Large shared room with other nannies + shared en-suite bathroom
● Meals prepared by private chef
● Travel expenses fully covered
● Training and daily support from the maternity nurse for the first 6 months
-Rest, Breaks & Household Support
● The maternity nurse will receive 8–10 hours of rest/sleep each day, along with breaks
for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, coordinated around the baby’s routine.
● This is a 6-day-per-week position, with strong support from the nannies and
household staff, ensuring duties remain balanced and manageable.
