About the Role

Location: JLT, Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time, Live-Out
Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Sunday off)
Office Hours: Typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (JLT), flexibility required for early/late work when
needed
Start Date: ASAP
Salary:
• Filipino / Southeast Asian: from AED 8,000 per month (depending on profile and experience)
• European: up to AED 18,000 per month (depending on profile and experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and presentable Live-out Personal Assistant to
support a private principal with both personal matters and business-related responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing
multiple priorities across property management, personal administration, and business support.
This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism, as
the candidate may attend meetings and represent the principal when needed.

Requirements

1. Property Portfolio Management
• Manage day-to-day administration of the principal’s property portfolio
• Coordinate tenant onboarding and offboarding (handover, keys, access cards, permits)
• Follow up on rental collection and issue payment reminders
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and coordination of solutions
• Organise and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repairs (AC, plumbing, electrical,
painting, etc.)
• Liaise with building management and developers for: – NOCs – Access permits – Parking permits – Maintenance approvals
• Ensure timely payment of: – DEWA – Service charges – Internet and telecom – Other property-related expenses
• Maintain and update lease agreements, tenant files, and renewal schedules
• Track upcoming renewals and coordinate renegotiations
• Maintain structured records of income, expenses, contracts, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare monthly summary reports for the principal (rent received, outstanding payments,
expenses, upcoming renewals)

2. Personal & Household Management
• Manage the principal’s calendar and schedule appointments
• Book medical, wellness, and personal appointments
• Manage household staff schedules (cleaners, drivers, etc. if applicable)
• Coordinate household maintenance and service providers
• Handle personal errands and administrative tasks
• Assist the principal’s wife with personal scheduling, household coordination, and ad hoc
requests
• Coordinate travel planning and bookings (flights, hotels, transport, reservations)
• Support lifestyle needs such as restaurant bookings, events, and personal purchases

3. Work & Business Support
• Attend meetings when required and take structured minutes
• Summarise meeting notes and circulate to relevant parties
• Track action items and follow up on deadlines
• Maintain task lists and reminder systems for the principal
• Organise business meetings, lunches, and logistics
• Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and correspondence
• Act as a communication bridge between the principal and internal teams when required

4. Financial Administration & Payments
• Track and manage recurring payments and obligations
• Coordinate invoice collection, approvals, and timely settlement
• Maintain records of all payments (personal and property-related)
• Handle petty cash and expense tracking where required
• Ensure proper filing of receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
• Support basic budgeting and monthly reporting

Note: The candidate may be entrusted with payment authority and access to sensitive financial
information. Integrity and trustworthiness are essential.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

• Handle all personal, financial, and business matters with absolute discretion
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents, and communications
• Represent the principal professionally with tenants, suppliers, and business contacts
• Ensure communication is polite, clear, professional, and firm when needed

Candidate Profile
• Preferably female and well-presented (may attend meetings with the principal)
• European preferred, but open to Filipino or Southeast Asian candidates with strong profiles
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
• Comfortable handling both personal and business responsibilities
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
