Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia & Bahrain Manama

Type: Full-Time, Live-In
Working Schedule: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: 1 rotating day per week
Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM (1 hour break during the day)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: SAR 7,000 per month
Benefits: Visa sponsorship, shared with one driver accommodation, food, and basic toiletries provided
Contract: Long-term position
Trial: One paid trial day required
We are seeking a professional, experienced, and highly organised Live-in Private Chef for a private family residence based between Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience working in private households and be capable of preparing high-quality daily meals while maintaining excellent hygiene and organisation in the kitchen.
The chef will be responsible for preparing fresh meals for the family, planning menus, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring all meals meet the preferences and standards of the household.
Experience with European and American cuisine is required.
The candidate must be reliable, discreet, and able to work independently in a private family environment.

• Private family household
• Family of three: two adults and a 15-month-old daughter
• Residence locations in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain (Four Seasons Residence)
• Household currently includes a nanny and a driver
• Food allergies in the household:
• Adults have peanut and shellfish allergies
• The child has milk and egg allergies, which she may outgrow in time
• High standards of professionalism, discretion, and cleanliness expected
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Private Chef in private households
• Training or strong experience in European and/or American cuisine
• Ability to prepare meals suitable for food allergies and dietary restrictions
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
• Professional, respectful, and discreet personality
• Basic English communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to family routines

Meal Planning & Food Preparation
• Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Plan balanced and varied weekly menus
• Prepare European and/or American cuisine to a high standard
• Adapt meals based on family preferences and dietary needs
• Prepare meals while carefully considering household food allergies
• Ensure high quality, freshness, and presentation of meals
Kitchen Management
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen
• Manage grocery shopping and food supplies
• Monitor food inventory and expiry dates
• Ensure safe food storage and proper kitchen sanitation
Household Support
• Coordinate with household staff when required
• Maintain professional kitchen organisation
• Ensure efficient preparation and serving of meals
