About the Role
Location: Al Barari, Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time, Live-Out
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9 hours per day)
Work Days: 5 days per week (2 days off per week)
Days Off: Tentatively Wednesday and Sunday (may change with 1 week’s notice, always 2 days off per
week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month (depending on experience; open for highly qualified candidates)
Contract: 12 months, renewable
Trial: One paid trial day required
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced Private Housekeeper / Villa Assistant for a private
villa in Al Barari, Dubai.
This is a live-out position where the housekeeper will be solely responsible for the household, with no
other staff members on-site. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable
managing the daily upkeep and smooth running of a large private home.
From time to time, a professional cleaning company will attend for deep cleaning of exterior areas
(approximately every 2–3 months). Otherwise, the housekeeper will handle all daily and weekly
household tasks independently, with guidance from the employer.

● Private villa in Al Barari, Dubai
● Approximately 5,000 sq. ft.
● 3 floors
● 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms
● One principal
● No other staff members
Working Schedule & Flexibility
● 5 days per week, 9 hours per day
● 2 days off per week (normally Wednesday and Sunday)
● Some weeks, days off may change depending on the employer’s schedule
● The employee will always have 2 days off per week
● Any changes will be communicated at least 1 week in advance, and days off will be agreed
together
● Possible work on holidays by mutual agreement in advance

● One return flight to the Philippines per year provided by the employer

Important Notes
● The selected candidate will be required to complete one paid trial day before final confirmation.
● The housekeeper will be fully responsible for all areas of the home that are safe and accessible
(no ladder or high-risk exterior window cleaning).
● Working hours will not exceed 9 hours per day.
Requirements
● Full cleaning and upkeep of the house (indoor and safely accessible outdoor areas such as patio,
terraces, and ground-floor windows)
● Daily and scheduled cleaning of all rooms (not all areas daily; a weekly cleaning schedule will be
followed)
● Laundry and ironing
● Making beds and maintaining hotel-level cleanliness standards
● Organising wardrobes, closets, and storage areas
● Keeping kitchen, cupboards, and appliances clean and organised
● Assisting in the kitchen with basic tasks such as:
○ Making coffee and juices
○ Cutting vegetables and fruits
○ Cooking simple recipes as provided by the employer
● Managing the house in general with the employer’s guidance, including:
○ Receiving deliveries
○ Grocery shopping
○ Running occasional errands
● Monitoring household supplies and informing the employer when items need to be replenished
● Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
● Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the villa
Candidate Requirements
● Preferred nationality: Filipino
● Proven experience as a private housekeeper in villas, apartments, or private households
● Strong knowledge of professional cleaning, laundry, and ironing
● Able to work independently and manage daily tasks without supervision
● High level of attention to detail
● Organised, reliable, and proactive
● Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful
● Well-groomed and professional attitude
● Physically fit to manage a large house
● Comfortable being the only staff member in the household
