Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, well-educated, and professional Private Nanny for a
high-profile private family based in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses primarily on supporting the daily routine, personal development, education,
and well-being of their 8-year-old son, while working closely with the mother, especially as she
is also caring for a newborn baby.
The ideal candidate will be mature, discreet, structured, emotionally intelligent, and capable
of maintaining high standards of conduct appropriate for a high-profile household.

Requirements
1. Childcare & Supervision
• Ensure the child’s safety, well-being, and emotional stability at all times
• Supervise daily routines including: – Morning and bedtime routines – Personal hygiene and showering – Dressing appropriately – Maintaining a tidy personal space
• Monitor sleep schedule and ensure healthy sleeping habits
• Maintain a structured daily schedule (study, activities, relaxation)
2. Academic Support
• Supervise homework and school assignments
• Assist with school preparation and organisation
• Encourage reading, learning, and intellectual curiosity
• Coordinate with parents regarding school updates and progress
• Support development of discipline, responsibility, and focus
3. Activities & Development
• Accompany the child to art, music, or other extracurricular classes (with driver)
• Organise engaging and age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• Promote positive behaviour and good manners
4. Emotional & Behavioural Guidance
• Foster confidence, independence, and emotional intelligence
• Teach respect, discipline, and structured routines
• Act as a positive role model in speech, behaviour, and conduct
• Report any concerns to the mother in a calm and professional manner
5. Assistance to Mother
• Work in close coordination with the mother
• Provide assistance when requested, especially considering the newborn
• Be flexible to occasionally support with the baby if required
6. Light Household Support (When Required)
There is a full-time housemaid. However, the nanny may be expected to:
• Assist with minor child-related tasks if requested
• Help with small household matters upon the mother’s request
• Maintain flexibility and team spirit within the household
This role is primarily childcare-focused, not housekeeping.
