About the Role
A distinguished VVIP family in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and nurturing Professional Nanny to provide full-time infant care within a private household.
The ideal candidate will be warm, patient, and highly skilled in early childhood development — with a proven background in caring for infants in high-profile or international households.
This is a long-term live-in role requiring professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to maintain absolute discretion while supporting a loving and structured environment for the child.
Key Responsibilities
Infant Care & Daily Routine
-Manage all aspects of the baby’s daily schedule, including feeding, naps, playtime, and bedtime.
-Prepare and feed bottles of expressed breast milk or formula; assist with the introduction of solids when appropriate.
-Track feeding times, sleep patterns, and diaper changes.
-Handle all hygiene and dressing tasks with exceptional care and attention to detail.
-Support the baby’s growth and development milestones such as sitting, crawling, and first steps.
-Light meal preparation for the baby when needed.
-Accompany the family on outings or short trips as required.
-Assist with medical appointments or baby classes when scheduled.
Sleep & Comfort:
-Follow established nap and bedtime routines.
-Apply gentle, consistent sleep techniques aligned with the parents’ preferences.
-Maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing sleep environment.
Development & Engagement:
-Provide stimulating and age-appropriate play to encourage physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
-Read, sing, and engage in interactive activities such as tummy time, sensory play, and early learning games.
-Observe and communicate developmental progress to parents regularly.
Baby-Related Household Duties:
-Keep nursery, play, and feeding areas tidy and organized.
-Wash, sterilize, and restock bottles, utensils, and baby items.
-Manage the baby’s laundry, folding, and wardrobe organization.
-Ensure supplies such as diapers, wipes, and care products are always replenished.
Communication & Reporting:
-Provide daily updates on the baby’s feeding, sleep, and mood.
-Communicate openly with parents and respect their parenting style and household preferences.
-Report any health or behavioral concerns immediately.
-Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times.
Working Schedule
-12 hours per day, with 2 hours of total break time (scheduled per family routine).
-1 day off per week, arranged in coordination with family travel and household needs.
Compensation & Benefits
-Salary: 3,000 SAR per month
-Visa, accommodation, and meals provided
-Health insurance included
-One day off per week
-Annual leave aligned with the family’s travel schedule
-Return flight to home country after one year of service
Requirements
-Minimum 4 years of professional nanny experience caring for infants (0–12 months).
-Strong understanding of infant safety, development, and hygiene.
-Infant CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
-Warm, patient, and proactive caregiving style.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Professional, discreet, and trustworthy demeanor.
-Non-smoker and fully up to date on vaccinations.
