A VVIP client in Dubai (Dubai Hills Fairways) is seeking a Male Russian-Speaking Villa / House Manager to oversee the operations of a private residence and manage a multi-staff household team.
Candidates must currently be UAE-based with relevant household management experience for VIP/UHNW families.
Position Overview
The Villa / House Manager will be responsible for running the daily operations of the family’s villa, managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
The role requires strong leadership, coordination with external vendors, high discretion, and a polished service approach suitable for UHNW households.
Salary
• AED 15,000 – AED 18,000 (depending on experience)
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Must be Male (as requested by principal)
• Must speak Russian fluently
• Strong spoken English required
• Minimum 3 years experience in UAE within VIP/UHNW households
• Proven background as a House Manager or Estate Manager
• Ability to manage multi-staff households and service standards
• Emirati driver’s license required
• Professional appearance, discreet, and service-oriented
• Live-out candidates only

Requirements
• Oversee daily household operations for a luxury primary residence
• Manage and supervise a household team consisting of 3 Housekeepers, 1 Driver, and 2 Nannies
• Set and maintain service standards, schedules, duties, and quality control
• Coordinate with external providers (maintenance, contractors, service companies, security)
• Prepare the villa for family stays, guests, and VIP visits
• Monitor household expenses and basic reporting
• Act as point of contact between principals, staff, and service providers
• Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and UHNW service standards at all times
